SMALL TOWN, BIG DREAM

Hey there! We’re Vinessa and Jarrod, co-founders and owners of Ilwaco Cider Company. As cider fanatics, proud locals and parents to five rad kids (yes, five!), it’s long been our dream to bring top-notch cider and a family-friendly social hub to our beloved small town.

Back in 2018, we bought 8,000 square feet of storage

units on Ilwaco’s downtown strip. Ever since, we’ve been dreaming up recipes, knocking down walls and putting our all into building Ilwaco Cider Co. Not only did we want to turn Ilwaco into a craft cider destination—we wanted to create a warm, welcoming gathering space for the community we love so much.

We hope to see the cidery infuse new energy into downtown Ilwaco and our wonderful home. You all have supported us through thick and thin, time and again, and we will always work our hardest to create a drink and a space as kick-ass as you. Community to the core!
